A traditional malt forward amber Scotch Ale with sweet caramel and chocolate notes.
RIVER ROAD BLONDE
ABV 5.2% – SRM 6 – IBU 12
Our Flagship beer. A Malt forward Blonde ale finishes with a touch of light bitterness. Created with River Roads very own hops and barley. A true taste of Huron County.

A tasty pale ale, light in profile lightly hopped with a subtle citrus note. Perfect for quenching your thirst.
ONE SOUR HAPPY HOUR

Mixed fermentation gave our original Pale Ale a mild acidic tart flavor. Then over a few weeks we did several dry hop additions. This beer comes out with a little tartness mixed with loads of citrus which leave your mouth refreshed and clean.

Milk Pale ale with fresh cold brewed coffee from Shop Bike Coffee Roaster, vanilla bean and coconut. Lactose sugar adds a touch of sweetness.
TWO COCONUTS WALK INTO A BAR…

Creamy Milk Stout finishing with a light toasted coconut.

Dark porter mashed in a pumpkin (yes…right in the pumpkin) with subtle holiday spices.

River Road’s version of a popular German style of beer……but an ale.

A mixture of history. A traditional hop forward recipe topped off with a last minute addition of spruce tips adds a piney citrus left to a hoppy knock out right.

Smoked brown ale designed with Bayfield’s own Station 9 fire department in mind. Toasted malt with light clean bitterness. Hints of bunker gear….. Google it!
A MINER QUENCH
ABV 3.2% – SRM 2.8 – IBU 26.2
A light refreshing ale, slightly hazy and grey. Our’s has a touch of Pear from the Bayfield Berry farm. Made with our local Miners in Goderich in mind. Grizette is a style that was traditionally made near the Belgium and France boarder for the grey stone miners.
BEES DO IT
ABV 4.8% – SRM 16.4 – IBU 22
Our Honey Brown Ale. Brewed with local honey for a unique taste with subtle toasted malt and toffee notes.
ABV 5.8% – SRM 33 – IBU 22
This Oatmeal stout is made with local oats and dark roasted malts. Midnight black with a bit of sweetness due to the addition of lactose for a creamy mouth feel. We added some bittering hops to balance out the finish.
ABV 5.5 – SRM 5.9 – IBU 54
This IPA gains some of its traditional bitterness from the addition of cherries harvested right here on the farm. We add some lactose sugar to balance the beer out. You’ll note the light pink colour transfer from the cherry skins.

Pure lawn cutting beer! Our Pale Ale base recipe is aged in the brite tank with fresh lemon peel. Think Lemon Pie meets light beer.

Birthday Cake Stout. Yes, we made that a thing. Brewed for our first anniversary. Nikki baked a chocolate cake and we threw it in the Mash!

It’s a Red Ale. That’s all! Medium malt weight, not heavily hopped. Just like Red, you can drink a lot….. of these.
ABV 5.3% – SRM 9.5 – IBU 22
Nikki and a few local lady friends took over the brew house. They ended up creating one of our best beers yet. Again, starting with our Pale Ale base recipe and adding almond, local honey and local lavender. This beer sells out fast when we brew it so keep an eye out!
RED’S MAPLE ALE
ABV 5.7% – SRM 26 – IBU 16
Matching malt bill to our Red’s Ale. The difference is made with the addition of “Bayfield Maple” syrup. A toasty amber beer with subtle maple notes, duh!
UP YER KILT
ABV 6.8% – SRM 34 – IBU 16
Scottish Wee Heavy. Dark Amber, rich malt subtle sticky toffee characteristics. Lightly hopped with slightly lower carbonation. Classic beer style to fit what goes on at this place. A lot!
RHEUM FOR MORE
ABV 5.5% – SRM 6 – IBU 30
This American Pale Ale style we added some of our Rhubarb and strawberry. The Strawberry adds a slight rich sweetness. Balanced out by the Rhubarb which enhances the refreshing bitterness of the American Pale Ale style.
ABV 5.5% – SRM 6 – IBU 22
A variant of our Flagship beer this time we used 100% Maple sap from the farm instead of water! Yeah, we’re kinda goofy out here!
ABV 4.4% – SRM 8 – IBU 40
West Coast Pale Ale. More tart and acidic bitterness than earthy. This was dry hopped with Sasquatch, Canada’s very own first designated hop!
